Jiangsu Junchao Electric Vehicle Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established on June 28, 2005. It is a mechanical processing enterprise specializing in the production and research of electric vehicle parts. From June 2005 to August 2009, we focused on the production of electric vehicle backrest cushions. From the trial production of steel wheels in 2008 to August 1, 2009, the transition from seat cushion backrest to electric vehicle steel wheels was completed. By April 2010, Junchao Company had risen to the forefront of electric vehicle steel wheel production in China after nearly a year of hard work, forming a daily production capacity of nearly 20000 steel wheels.
At the end of 2011, Junchao Company was the first company in China to invest heavily in the production of electric vehicle steel wheels by introducing a cathodic electrophoretic coating assembly line and a fluid electrostatic spray painting line. Since January 1, 2012, Junchao Company's steel wheels have completely abandoned the bottom surface coating process of steel sand throwing force and powder spraying. It is the first company in China to graft the production process and standards of automotive parts onto electric tricycles, allowing many electric vehicle manufacturers to use them after acid washing, phosphating, and cathodic electrophoretic coating, Steel wheels with paint baking process. Completely eliminating the phenomenon of steel wheels rusting and turning black when exposed to water, adding luster to the overall quality of electric tricycles. It also points out the direction of standards to the domestic steel wheel industry. A milestone test action was taken to improve the quality of electric vehicle steel wheels nationwide.
